The Florida Panthers advance to the second round of the 2025 Stanley Cup Playoffs

Sunrise, Fla. — The Florida Panthers and National Hockey League today announced that the Panthers have made it to the second round of the 2025 Stanley Cup playoffs after beating the Tampa Bay Lightning 6-3 in Game 5 of the first round. This is the fourth consecutive year that the Panthers have advanced to the second round.

Pre-sale for territory members for the second round of home games will begin on Thursday, May 1st at 1pm ET. Presale access for ’93 Society subscribers will begin on Friday, May 2nd at 10am ET on SeatGeek.com.

Single game tickets for the second round home game will be available to the public at seatgeek.com on Friday, May 2nd at 3pm ET.

The Panthers won their second straight first-round series victory with the Tampa Bay Lightning, surpassing the 19-12 lightning bolt. Six different Panthers players – Sam Reinhart (2-4-6), Alexander Barkov (1-4-5), Matthew Tokachuk (3-2-5), Sam Bennett (3-2-5), Anton Randell (2-3-5), Etu Luastalinen (1-4-5) – scored five or more points in the series. Florida turned 16 with 18 (88.8%) on a penalty kill.
