Universal Orlando has completed its lineup of haunted houses for Halloween Horror Nights, and the list has been officially announced.
The tenth house release of HHN 2026 is Ozzy Osbourne: Prince of Darkness, which pays homage to the heavy metal icon and his solo career. The event begins on August 28th at Universal Studios theme park in Florida.
“It was important to us to create an authentic experience that brings Ozzy’s creativity and personality to life in a spooky and immersive new way,” Mike Aiello, senior director of entertainment creative development, said in a news release. “Fans will discover so many meaningful details, including several Easter eggs, as they navigate memorable dark and twisted moments inspired by his iconic music career.”
Universal says Ozzy’s home will include ancient ruins, dungeons, and “areas inspired by the covers of his fan-favorite albums,” including “Diary of a Madman,” “Bark at the Moon,” “The Ultimate Sin,” and “Black Rain.”
Universal: Multi-day Horror Nights passes now on sale
Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood will also pay homage to Osbourne with a home, but it will begin in his native England and follow Osbourne and his various personas over the decades, including Ozzy the Madman and Ozzy the Werewolf.
Osbourne died in July 2025, less than three weeks after performing at a benefit concert in Birmingham, England. He was 76 years old.
“Ozzy never stopped pushing boundaries and loved anything that gave his fans new ways to experience his music and the world,” his wife of 43 years, Sharon Osbourne, and son Jack Osbourne said in a joint statement.
“As you walk through these haunted houses, you’ll notice many moments inspired by his music and imagination. This is a great homage to Ozzy, and we hope fans have as much fun experiencing it as we did watching Ozzy put it together,” they said.
