CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. — The Florida Panthers announced today that the 2026 Amerigol Latam Cup will return for its eighth annual tournament, with games to be held at the Florida Panthers Ice Den in Coral Springs from August 1-9, 2026. Participation in all LATAM Cup events is open to the public and supported by the Florida Panthers, the National Hockey League (NHL), and the National Hockey League Players Association (NHLPA) through the Industry Growth Fund (IGF). Tickets are on sale now at AmerigolHockey.com. Fans can visit AmerigolHockeyTV to stream the 2026 Latin American Cup for free.

The mission of the AmeriGol International Hockey Association is to provide hockey players from Latin America, the Caribbean, South Asia, and other non-traditional hockey markets around the world the opportunity to showcase their talents and increase awareness of hockey in their home countries, while growing the game within these communities in North America.

“We are proud to host the AmeriGol LATAM Cup at the Panthers Ice Den for the eighth year in a row,” said John Colombo, Florida Panthers Foundation and Community Relations Vice President. “This tournament is a true celebration of culture and the continued growth of hockey in Latin America, the Caribbean and beyond.”

This year’s Amerigol LATAM Cup will feature 68 teams and 1,500 players representing Latin America, the Caribbean and countries around the world, including Algeria, Argentina, Armenia, Brazil, Caribbean, Central America, Chile, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Indigenous Peoples, Israel, Lebanon, Mexico, Pakistan, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and the Philippines.

The tournament will be divided into two stages from August 1st to 4th, with the men’s senior division being held. (35+), Women’s Division II, U16 Select, U14 Select, U12 Select. The second phase will run from August 5th to August 9th and will feature the men’s division. I’m in the women’s club. I’m in the men’s department. II, U12 Legacy. The tournament will also feature the inaugural skills competition and sled hockey showcase on August 1st and 2nd.

The Florida Panthers Foundation has provided $20,000 in support of the 2026 Amerigol LATAM Cup, reflecting the organization’s continued commitment to growing the game of hockey in diverse communities in South Florida and beyond.

“We are extremely grateful to the Florida Panthers, the NHL, and the NHLPA for their continued support of our mission,” said Juan Carlos Otero, founder and president of the AmeriGol International Hockey Association. “Welcoming 68 teams and nearly 1,500 players from around the world shows how much the tournament and competitive hockey continues to grow within the non-traditional hockey community.”

Additionally, the inaugural LATAM Cup International All-Star Game will be held at the Panthers Ice Den on Wednesday, August 5th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. ET.

The tournament is scheduled to begin on Saturday, August 1st at 8am ET. A complete schedule of games can be found at AmerigolHockey.com.
