The Central Florida Zoo & Biological Gardens is looking for Boogie Fever to hit Sanford. The attraction will celebrate its 50th anniversary on June 13th with a commemorative event called the Zudio 50 Disco Party.
The adults-only fundraiser features dinner and a dance floor reminiscent of the ’70s. Disco-inspired attire is recommended for the event.
Tickets include food, two drink tickets, a live DJ, and an “after-hours zoo experience.” Admission is $100 per person or $150 per couple. Participation capacity is 200 people. Event hours are 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Tickets help support animal care, wildlife conservation, and educational programs. The zoo recently made headlines for adopting a sloth from a planned (but now abandoned) attraction on International Drive.
