MOUNT COB, Pa. — Bagpipers returned from St. Patrick’s Day parade, were taken to hospital after a charter bus crashed into a tractor trailer, officials said.The bus left westbound Interstate 84 in northeastern Pennsylvania and came across a tractor trailer just before 6:30pm on Sunday.A spokesman for the Pennsylvania State Police said 17 people on the bus were suffering minor injuries.
