VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — A Florida boat manufacturer has been arrested for the second time after police say he defrauded five customers out of more than $200,000. The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office said an investigation revealed that each customer had hired Jeffrey Love of Deltona to build custom airboats.
