The next set from Walt Disney World will be selected, allowing both members of the duo to follow their journey to the Disney College Program.
Felicia Blake, currently guest experience manager at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, and Kylie Wizards, who works at Merchandise Finance, will become ambassadors for 2026-2027. They represent the resort’s 80,000 employees, from attraction openings to in-house celebrations.
The Wizards, a Fort Worth native and Blake, a Connecticut native, were appointed to the Disney College program before becoming a full-time cast member at Disney World. Their appointments were announced at a ceremony at Epcot.
The ambassador candidate has overcome several interviews.
“It was a few rounds over the course of a few weeks, but one final interview, and then the ceremony happened,” Blake said.
“I’ve had many job interviews before, but the ambassador’s interview process is the most enjoyable process,” Wizards said.
“The five finalists were all dynamic. They all had their own strengths, skills and abilities,” said Stephen Miller, leader of the 2001-2002 Walt Disney World Ambassadors Program. “We hire individually for the ambassador. In the end, it’s great that the pair works really well.”
The Ambassador Program was founded by Walt Disney in 1965 and helped promote Disneyland in California. The first Walt Disney World Ambassador was appointed in 1970, before the opening of Magic Kingdom. The number of ambassadors and length of terms per year have been changing over decades. Wizards and Blake are the 83rd and 84th WDW ambassadors.
Forty former ambassadors attended the Epcot ceremony.
“It was amazing to see the level of support for this beloved tradition and how much it means to the cast,” Miller said. “I think it’s just a story about why it has existed for 60 years.”
Blake and Wizards have stepped into the roles held by Serena Arvizu and Shannon Smith-Conrad for the past two years.
Among the first big events is the arrival of “Zootopia: Better Zoogether!” Shows at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, the theme park where Blake first worked. The opening will be on November 7th.
“That’s where I started my Disney journey, so I can go back to my first home and see new attractions open for all my guests,” Blake said.

“It feels so surreal, so we’re trying to represent the cast with all the growth going forward at Walt Disney World,” Wizards said in a news release. “I’m so excited about the incredible moment that’s in front of us.”
