SeaWorld Orlando used fashion on Thursday to attack the horror, facilitating the upcoming Howl-o-scream event.
Fierce was the keyword as the characters from Halloween Flight Fest ran through the best runways of their how-o-scream. Bloody fishermen, shirtless vampires, Victorian widows, lost nurses, underworld nurses, and more – sometimes interrupted by screaming and walking styles.
Their moves were told by Howie Bleeds, a character from Butcher’s Block Tavern, one of Theed Howl-O Scream Bars. (“This bar is nothing but a delicious meaty fun,” he explained.
Characters from the Swanpy Woodlot Hollow Skaa Zone could share space with “Working Girls” in the Scary Zone of the Bloodlight District, compared to Skunk Apes and Bigfoot.

His direct debut was in the event icon Havoc, a man who stabs his skull and red eyes for his head.
“In fact, Havoc has always lived in SeaWorld Gardens and Bush Gardens (Tampa Bay) Howl Oscream Logo,” Kyle Smith, production manager for the event, said Thursday. “So, if you’re familiar with our logo, that skull face, he’s now coming out of your nightmares from the logo.

The fashion show was a one-off, early morning event announced for media, influencers, students and members of invited guest at the park’s Nautilus Theatre.
Seaworld’s Howl-o-scream is a dark, unsettling, and intense opportunity. This is the fifth year of an event at Orlando Theme Park.
“Every year, we’re trying to get bigger and bigger,” Smith said. Howl-o-scream has five ghost homes, three of which are completely new to the event. There are also six scary zones, two live shows and a themed bar experience.

Scared opportunities are increasing due to designing inside the home, Smith said.
“Specifically, a brand new home called Collector’s Curse, all the terrifying actor spots in this house are not built just for one type of fear. All the terrifying actor spots are built to scare guests in two or three different ways,” he said.
“Every time you walk through the house, you get a different fear somewhere else, which is very cool,” Smith said.
The new Howl-o-scream show is titled “Throttle,” and members of its cast performed in the lead-up of the fashion show on Thursday.
“‘Throttle’ will be a kind of show that guests wouldn’t expect,” Smith said. “As performers take over the entire space, they are totally immersed. They are passing through the audience.
Also, with “throttle” mix: live stunts and motorcycles, Smith said.
Howl-o-scream will begin its 28 evening runs on September 5th. This is an extra ticket event outside of business hours. SeaWorld sells multiple nights and one night admission to the event.
The park continues to do lighter daytime Halloween programming, known as Spooktacular. This will be included in regular SeaWorld admission and will run until November 2nd on Saturday.
