In 2024-25, Tkachuk ranked third for the Panthers with 57 points (22-35-57), despite missing 30 games due to injuries. He also produced three points (2-1-3) in three games against the US in the 2025 NHL 4 Nations showdown.
In the 2025 Stanley Cup playoffs, Tkachuk tied up Sam Reinhart and Carter Verhaeghe, who took the team’s lead with 23 points (8-15-23). His goal in Game 6 against Edmonton ended as a tightly packed tally with the championship.
