The records reveal details of the incident in which illegal immigrants landed in Judge Hannah Dugan’s court.
The man arrested by Milwaukee immigration authorities despite allegedly allegedly attempting to protect him, is being held in a nearby county jail as the controversy swirls around the incident.
The Mexican native is the defendant accused of supporting Judge Hannah Dugan in the April 18 case in Milwaukee County Circuit Court.
Flores Lewis appeared in court for hearing that day, but did not continue, federal authorities allegedly took steps to block Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) officers poised to arrest the defendant and begin deportation proceedings.
Federal officials accuse the judge of helping Flores Lewis and his lawyers get out of the restricted use door. However, the officers were able to arrest him after chasing his foot outside the courthouse.
He had previously been deported to his country in 2013, but was later charged with a domestic violence case assigned to Dugan, officials said.

Three told police that Flores Lewis injured them during an oral and physical altercation on March 12, and two subsequently sought medical treatment for the hospital.
Miguel Mendoza Figueroa claimed that Flores Luis “deliberately… hit him on his body and face many times, causing pain and wounds during the verbal discussions about the big music.” The man reported being punched about 30 times.

The second woman, Maria Sierra Chihuahua, tried to disband the fight too, and Flores Lewis said, “with her upper left arm, she turned her to the elbow.”
Police said when questioned at the scene, Flores Lewis described the incident as a “mutual battle” between himself and Mendoza Figueroa, court records show.
The defendant is scheduled to appear again in three county court charges on May 14th. Each charge is a Class A misdemeanor who is fined up to $10,000 and is punished for conviction nine months behind bars.
Dugan remains on online records as the judge was assigned to his case despite a temporary suspension from mission. The Epoch Times failed to reach the court’s Supreme Court justice for clarification.
The Epoch Times never received a reply before publication to request comment from Flores Lewis’ attorney Mercedes de La Rosa and Kailan Riley, who handles the case.
