The epic universe was last week, right? No, of course not. The new Universal Orlando theme parks have been built for years, but if you want to wait until you visit it’s White Hot, there are options to return to Central Florida theme parks and attractions over the next few months. (Note, it’s essentially Halloween season. Boo!)
Disney debut
Currently, two new stage shows are in Disney’s Hollywood Studios’ daily lineup. “Disney Villain: Unfair Ever After” features Magic Miller invading the song, running across the Rock and Roller Coaster in the former home of Lightning McQueen Racing Academy.

“The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure” features Ariel and friends in a new production. Previous “Mermaid” shows were closed in the 2020 pandemic shutdown and have not returned.
You can also tap on the Geo-82, an adult-only lounge within Epcot’s Spaceship Earth. It will open on June 4th (reservations are required). Meanwhile, the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival will continue daily until June 2nd, and the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival will begin on August 28th.
In terms of characters, a goofy central event will be held at Communicore Hall in Epcot, with Phineas and Ferb beginning to appear for a limited period of time on June 1st near the park entrance.
While we are waiting for news about the timing of the new night parade at Magic Kingdom, Disney says “Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away” will begin “this summer.” Ditto is a new version of Test Track, which is said to resume at “end of summer” at Epcot.
Typhoon Lagoon Water Park is holding H2O Glow after the opening hours event from September 13th to September 13th.
SeaWorld dives
SeaWorld Orlando presents several seasonal activities under the spectacular summer umbrella. These will be available on some days until September 1st.
According to the Seaworld website of Nautilus Theater, park visitors can win “Hydro Surge,” a new stage show with acrobats, dancers, vocalists and “powerhouse drummers.” There will also be a “Siam and Crew” parade. Dance party at Club Seaglow and Bayside Stadium. Seaport Theater rescue tail. “Ignite” fireworks.

New features in the scene: The Baby Shark Experience, which will be released on June 30th and will be held until September 2nd. This includes live shows and Meet and Greet with Baby Shark and Pink Phone. The YouTube video includes “Happy and Happy Sea World” Ditty. You are being warned.
The park’s band Brew & BBQ event will be held over the weekend from July 5th to August 24th. No performers have been announced.
SeaWorld water park Aquachatica is reviving Aqua Glow, an after-hours event with several new variations, including Tasy’s Neon Twist, Laminas Lane and Loa Rapids. There is also a laser light show, foam parties and unlimited soft drinks.
Aquatica has also added the ultimate playdate. This will provide early and exclusive access to Kid Cove in Turi on some days between June 2nd and July 28th.
Peely Prep New Global Lego Festival in Fortnite, Legoland Florida
Life in Legoland
LEGOLAND Florida continues to participate in the LEGO Festival, a global event related to other Legoland Parks. In addition to group builds, it features a theme zone with dance parties, characters and Fortnite experiences. It will be held on Saturdays and until June 7th.
Additionally, the Sealife Florida Aquarium, built next to Legoland Florida, will begin its grand opening on June 6th.

Things to see
• “DC Super Heroes: Discover Your SuperPowers” will be located at the Orlando Science Center until September 7th, an interactive display that explores self-discovery, justice and teamwork. Details: osc.org.
• Meanwhile, Gaylord Palms Resort in Kissimmee has “DC Summer” with superhero themed experiences such as DC Superhero Craft Zone, Justice Light Show Battles in the Atrium, DC Superhero Academy Live Show, and Ridgeler Scavenger Hunt. There are other items such as stolen items for hotel guests. More information: gaylordhotels.com /dcsummer.
•Orlando Collected is an exhibition celebrating the city’s beautiful history of 150 years and will be located at the Orange County Regional History Center until January 11th. Details: thehistorycenter.org.
•Madame Tussauds Orlando has added a new character from the St. Petersburg-grown actress Angela Bassett to her celebrity lineup. She wears a black and gold jumpsuit inspired by her favorite red carpet looks. More information: Madametussauds.com.
Halloween scene
If you don’t think August has time to think about Halloween, then you haven’t come from here, right? Take this into consideration. We have more public information about the eerie events in the park than in Independence Day in May.
OK, it’s almost just a date at this point and you don’t have to be scared. Although some attractions already sell tickets.
• Halloween Horror Night will begin on August 29th at Universal Studios. The After Hours Flight Fest will be held 46 nights until November 2nd.
•Mickey’s Not-Scary Halloween Party is a peaceful out-of-hours event, heading to Magic Kingdom for 38 nights from August 15th to October 31st, but is already sold out on Halloween nights. More information: DisneyWorld.com.
•Out-hours events featuring Seaworld’s Howl-o-scream, ghost houses, scary zones and roaming horde will run from September 5th to November 1st. He also promises “an astonishment you’ve never seen before.” Spooktacular, its gentle, non-hole daytime event is set to a selected date between August 30th and November 2nd. • LEGOLAND Florida Halloween Daytime Event Brick-or-Treat will be on some dates between September 20th and November 2nd. More information: legolandflorida.com.
The last call?
It’s certainly no longer worth the attractions. Exact dates are not always available, but will these advantages still be the summer next year?
•In Disney’s Hollywood studio, the curtains are definitely falling in MuppetVision 3D. The company announced its last day of seeing Kermit and friends at the location, which has been open since 1991. Similarly, at a nearby Pizzeriazzo restaurant. The space will ultimately become part of future land based on “Monsters, Inc.” There’s a Muppet takeover of the Rock and Roller Coaster in the Park, but so far there’s no end date for the Aerosmith version.
Last walk on Disney’s Tom Sawyer Island
•Disney has also announced that it will add two “cars” to ride as an expansion to Frontierland in Magic Kingdom. But this means farewell to Tom Sawyer Island, the American river, Liberty Bell. The date is not shared.
•In December, Universal Orlando announced that Hollywood RIP Ride Rockit will be closed at Universal Studios in early September 2025.
