Q&A about the new Orlando theme park

Where is the epic universe?

Universal Orlando’s new theme park is approximately 2.5 miles southeast of the original park, Universal Studios Florida and Adventure Island. The property is located east of Kirkman Road and north of Universal Boulevard near the Orange County Convention Center.

When will the theme park open?

After a few weeks of previews for the selected group, Epic will be officially released on May 22nd.

Where is the entrance and parking lot to the park?

To drive into the epic universe, take your destination parkway and head to the epic boulevard. After navigating through the traffic circle, the road on the right leads to a parking booth and lot. There is no garage, but there are valet and premium options. The main parking lot is divided into Vikings, Heroes, Monsters, Gamers and Explorer sections.

Visitors walk to the main entrance. There is no tram running between the parking lot and the park.

Universal offers bus transport from resort hotels and Universal City Walk. This is estimated to be a 15-minute drive.

Where is the security checkpoint?

This procedure is similar to the original park at Universal. With the Epic approach to the entrance, all bags (and all the contents of the visitor’s pocket) pass through the metal detector. Next, if you take the initiative, you will find a ticket checkpoint. The spectacular visitors will then pass through the nearby Chronos Portal and take you to the appropriate theme park.

Where are the spectacular tickets available for sale?

When approaching the main gate, turn right for the ticket window. Universal also sells tickets at the hotel and City Walk. To advance purchase, please do so online at Universalorlando.com or call 407-363-8000.

How much is the ticket?

Admission fees vary depending on the date and number of days at the park. According to the Universal website, Epic’s one-day tickets range from $139 to $199 for the rest of 2025. The resort also sells multi-day multi-park tickets and holiday packages.

What is the magnificent universe land?

The theme park has five themed lands, but Universal calls them the “world.” Visitors will go to the Dark Universe, featuring classic monsters. How to Train Your Dragon – Burke Island. Super Nintendo World. Harry Potter’s Magical World – Ministry of Magic. Also at Celestial Park is an introductory area with rides, restaurants and retail outlets, including the 500-room Helios Grand Hotel on the magnificent edge.

What are the height requirements?

Although each epic universe ride has its own guidelines, visitors who want to experience all the charms of the epic must be at least 48 inches tall. There are several attractions with low height requirements.

Sample sheets are available within or around the queue area for selected vehicles. Apart from testing individual comfort, the signs indicate that appeal “adopts safety constraints that may limit riding by certain guests due to the shape and size of the body.”
