The search for gold begins this week.
Featuring an NHL-leading 10 players, the Florida Panthers will soon take center stage at the 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics.
In addition to the players, the Panthers have five representatives from among their staff and coaches.
Twelve countries will compete for the gold medal on Wednesday, with teams playing three qualifying matches in each group before advancing to a single-elimination playoff to determine the winner.
Group A includes Canada, the Czech Republic, France and Switzerland. Finland; Group B consists of Finland, Sweden, Slovakia and Germany. Group C will include Denmark, Germany, Latvia and the United States.
All games will be broadcast on Peacock in the United States.
