The temptation was too big and I’m sure the planets were all in one place.
On Friday the 13th, Universal Orlando announced the Halloween Horror Night Haunted House featuring the “13th Friday” icon. The maze is called the Jason Universe.
The event reads a universal news release, “We pay tribute to the machete-wielding slash at a terrifying haunted house that awakens legend.”
Among the sights you can see are the moments of “vicious murder careers” of summer camp, Jason’s cabin, the forest and other characters.
The first “13th Friday” film was released in 1980, followed by several Jason-led sequels. Last year, the company named Horror Inc. announced that it would launch a new round of entertainment options for Jason Universe, including gaming, immersive experiences, products and other entertainment. That important art is reflected in the universal release, including Funky (you may not even notice bad luck).
Jason Universe House will also appear at the HHN event at Universal Studios Hollywood.
Halloween horror nights will begin on August 29th at Universal Studios Florida Theme Park. Single night tickets and optional extras are available for sale.
The Jason Universe is the second of the 10 homes to be announced. The first maze revealed was linked to the video game and the Amazon Prime series “Fallout.”
