He faces nine felony charges, including two counts of first-degree murder and two counts hiding the body, according to Waukesha County Court records.
The 17-year-old from Waukesha, Wisconsin, is said to have killed his parents as part of a conspiracy to overthrow the US government, including a call to assassinate President Donald Trump, according to newly sealed federal records.
He has not yet pleaded to any of the charges, according to the county court docket.
The investigation begins
The affidavit says the authorities conducted a welfare check at Nikita’s home on February 28 after receiving calls from a family member who had missed school for about two weeks and was unable to contact Nikita’s parents.
After no one answered the door, the sheriff’s aide entered the house and discovered that Tatiana Cassap had died “probably from a gunshot wound” and was covered in a blanket. The sheriff’s office then requested holes in Mayer and Nikita’s mobile phones and discovered that both phones were in the Laramie, Wyoming area.
Authorities once again searched Waukesha’s residence, and discovered that Mayer had also died from a gunshot wound, which was covered in a first floor office, covered in blankets. Deputies found a receipt for the .357 Magnum Revolver, but did not find a gun in the house.
Authorities believe Mayer and Tatiana Casap were killed on February 11, based on extensive reviews of security footage, cell phone records and witness statements.
Subsequent mobile phone pings indicated that Nikita’s phone phone was ordered at truck stop in Walcott, Iowa on February 24th. Walcott police provided security footage showing Meyer’s black Volkswagen Atlas SUV, a teenager, traveled alone with the Family Dog.
Authorities listed Mayer’s vehicle as stolen on the evening of February 28th and entered Nikita as the missing boy. More than an hour later, the Waynee Kansas Police Department stopped Nikita seeing Meyer’s SUV inside.
Neo-Nazi Terrorist Group
Authorities arrested Nikita for theft of a vehicle and possession of a firearm and seized his phone. After obtaining a search warrant for the device, they found material related to “9 Angles,” a demonic occult group created by Anton Long in the early 1970s.
The FBI is also known as 09A, a group that “advocates the use of violence and terrorism to overthrow government and destroy modern civilization,” as it stated in its affidavit.
The agency said Nikita used the usernames “@Accelererationist” and “Awoken” and had images and communications referring to a self-descriptive manifesto about Trump’s assassination, creating a bomb and carrying out a terrorist attack.
The FBI found a message on Nikita’s phone under the “wake” username. He consumed the teachings of terrorist groups and claimed that in 2023 the FBI visited the FBI on what is called “unrelated Internet IP activities.”
Other messages under the “@Accelererist” username say Nikita is referring to unknown users and manifest documentation.
“When it’s time for me to send you my manifesto (so that you can spread it online), should it be a PDF?” Nikita is said to have asked the user.
Investigators also found a screenshot of a three-page document called “Accelerate the Collapse,” which was generated on February 28th.
“This document appears to be the manifesto referenced by @Accelererist in a message to an unknown user in the above paragraph, calling for the assassination of the US president to promote political revolution in the United States and “save the white race” from “dominant Jewish politicians.”
The third page contained an image of Adolf Hitler with the text “Hail Hitler The White Race Hail Victory.”
The FBI included several excerpts from the suspicious manifesto, including:
“Specifically, I think that’s clear. By driving away the president and perhaps the vice president, it’s guaranteed to bring some confusion. Not only that, it also exposes the idea that it can promote assassination and acceleration.”
Drone attack plan
FBI investigators also found images and messages on Nikita’s mobile phones that contain information about using drones for drone attacks.
Investigators said the teenager paid at least partially for the drones and explosives, according to a conversation that Nikita let him know how to convert drones into weapons of mass destruction.
When I searched for teenage phones, I also found images of Mayer credit and debit cards, as well as usernames and passwords for my bank account.
In March, classmates told police that Nikita mentioned his plan to kill his parents, but he couldn’t use the gun, the affidavit said, adding that he told classmates he would be friends with someone who owns the gun so that he could steal it.
The FBI also said that Nikita told her classmates he was talking to someone in Russia who plans to overthrow the US government and assassinate Trump.
Nikita’s arrest is scheduled for May 7th, according to Dockett in Waukesha County Court.
