(Nexstar) – Kirkland-branded ahi tuna products are recalled from Costco locations in 33 states regarding concerns that components could be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, according to a notification posted by the US food and drug agency. The recall comes after Western United Fish Company, Kent, Washington, which produces Costco products, was notified that some of the green onions used in the product were positive for Listeria Monocytogene. Washington – US Rep. Greg Stube, R-FLA. The measure, titled “Streamlining the FEMA Procurement Procedures Act,” directs the president to take steps to enable local governments to use qualified, “risk construction managers” (CMAR) procurement methods. This approach allowed construction managers to oversee projects from design to completion, and qualifications were heavier than pricing. Alexander Michael Lispa, 43, Luis Angel Hernandez Saras, 34, Eduardo Francisco Caceres, 47 and 30, were arrested after the investigation, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. The Polk County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28 people and confiscated dozens of fraudulent gambling machines after multiple store stab wounds known as Operation Bad Odds. Sheriff Grady Judd led an investigation targeting a Polk County location where machines were hidden in the back rooms of convenience stores and small stores. More than $100,000 in cash was seized along with the two firearms as well as the machines. TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — The National Hurricane Center said it expects Tropical Storm Gabriel to return to the open ocean before it develops into a hurricane on Sunday. As of 5am on Sunday, the storm was travelling about 455 miles southeast of Bermuda and 9 mph through the northwest. With a maximum sustained wind of 65 mph, the storm is further strengthened before reaching Category 1 status, before being defined by winds of at least 74 mph.
