On May 11th, just after 10am, a woman was walking her dog around Addanson Street and Lee Road. The woman told police that as she continued her walk, Toyota suddenly turned and blocked her path. The driver then pointed the woman a handgun and ordered her to get in the car, but she was able to escape and the SUV drove. Governor Desantis signed a new law, passed unanimously by state lawmakers, blocking projects on protected land.
