The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced Wednesday that it has been described as a historic success in curbing illegal border crossings that declared 2025 the safest on record. TAMPA, Fla. (Bloom) – Scathing Florida laws can quickly act as a model for property owners across the country, shaking the way homeowners approach safety. House Bill 837, effective July 1, 2024, required owners of multifamily home property to implement a series of crime prevention measures by January 1, 2025 or risk liability for certain crimes committed at the facility. David Lee Van Moorsel, 28, of Deland, was arrested Tuesday for 40 counts of digital voyeurism, illegal use of a 40 count two-way communications device, and 30 counts of child pornography discovered during investigation.
