Housing affordability is the No. 1 issue for Floridians, according to a Florida poll. Florida Republican gubernatorial candidate and former Florida House speaker Paul Renner just announced his Florida First Affordability Plan. The campaign says the plan focuses on five key areas: property taxes, insurance and litigation abuses, health care, education, and creating more jobs with better incomes.
