JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A Jacksonville man pleaded guilty to federal charges related to drug trafficking and possession of a firearm, U.S. attorney Gregory W. Keho announced Tuesday. Thomas Edgar Hall, 36, has admitted two counts dispensing fentanyl and two counts owning firearms to promote drug trafficking.
