James Key III of Eustis, Florida, was charged with conspiracy to distribute fentanyl, federal prosecutors said. Between December 16, 2024 and August 17, 2025, Key worked with federal Prison Bureau prison inmates to introduce fentanyl and smuggled cell phones to prison facilities in Atwater, California, and to other prisons in Florida and South Carolina, according to court documents. NEW YORK (WPIX) – The largest US pharmacy company currently does not offer Covid-19 vaccines in 16 states. CVS pharmacies cannot administer the vaccine without approval from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The 16 affected states are Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia and Columbia.
