TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – The Florida-based live streamer and YouTube’s personality, known as “Destiny,” has been accused of sharing female sexual content without consent or knowledge.

A federal lawsuit filed Tuesday in the Southern District of Florida, Destiny, real name Steven K. Bonnell II, sent sexual videos to “random fans,” which subsequently spread to various websites.

According to the lawsuit, the plaintiffs identified Jane Doe, who was identified only in the lawsuit by PXIE, the influencer’s username, and had a sexual encounter with Bonnell in 2020. In the lawsuit, PXIE is the creator of the content, with 15,000 people on X compared to Bonnell’s 840,000 YouTube subscribers and more than 700,000 followers accumulated on Twitch before his account was banned. He said he has 10,000 followers on LiveStreaming Platform’s Twitch. Both Pxie and Destiny create politically oriented online content.

Bonnell was accused of sending sexual videos to fans identified as “Rose” in 2022. Two years later, the video appeared on the online bulletin board Kiwi Farms, and spread to other sites. It has attracted tens of thousands of viewers, according to the complaints. Pxie’s lawyers alleged that the leaked video has “got viral” across social media.

The lawsuit alleges that when he faced PXIE in November 2024, Bonnell admitted to sharing the video with a message of incongruence.

According to the complaint, Bonnell said “it shouldn’t be there” when asked if he was sharing additional PXIE videos. It’s pretty close to me so it’s not worth saying that at this point
Sorry, there’s literally no excuse. โ€

The plaintiff’s lawyers allegedly received “shaming and harassment messages of hundreds” as a result of the leak, and Bonnell’s followers “allegedly discussed leaks of different accounts,” court documents said. I stated. . The lawsuit alleges that Bonnell made lightly paraaging comments about PXIE.

The lawsuit has led to approximately 15 women contacting the plaintiffs in the wake of a video leak to tell her that they received sexually explicit images from other women’s bonnells without the consent of other women. He has presented additional complaints against Bonnell, including the allegations. Last month, Bonnell reportedly told his followers that his only crime was “too much.” Complaint.

“The videos disclosed by Bonnell were of personal nature and were not intended.
For public distribution. The defendant’s actions caused serious emotional distress for the plaintiff;
“The harm in litigation and reputation was argued that “the lawsuit allegedly claimed: “The plaintiff’s career as a political streamline has been negatively affected, and her desire to be elected to office has been significantly reduced.”

Pxie’s lawyers alleged that Bonnell violated the federal government’s “revenge porn” law and Florida’s cybersexual harassment law. They also claimed that Bonnell intentionally caused her mental distress and violated her privacy.

The suit seeks the ju trial necessary to determine the amount to indemnify PXIE, and the potential injunctive relief against Bonnell, compensation for attorneys’ fees, and the plaintiff could be entitled. He sought further relief.

WFLA.com reached out to Bonnell to comment on the lawsuit, but did not respond immediately.
