Last month, a total of 17 sea turtles stuck along the Atlantic Coast northeast of Florida were brought for rehabilitation to the Loggerhead Marinade Life Center in Juno Beach, north of West Palm Beach.

Veterinarians have treated turtles with antibiotics, fluids and intravenous nutrition. They all suffered cold and brilliantly, making the sea turtle less maneuverable and lethargic. Most turtles are expected to return to the ocean in a few weeks.
The Loggerhead Marinelife Center is scheduled to host more than 15,000 people this weekend at the 20th Annual Turtlefest. The free event focuses on promoting marine conservation through interactive educational exhibitions and marine life.
