Florida’s father lures his daughter after killing his wife, father and another man: deputy

Tamarack, Fla. (WFLA) – A man accused of fatally shooting a estranged wife, father and another man while accusing him of accusing him of a four-year-old daughter in South Florida on Sunday, tripling a severance He was charged with murder in 1st degree.

Nathan Ginless, 44, was also accused of violating a contact order involving the child and mother, according to a report by NBC affiliate WTVJ.

The Broward County Sheriff’s Office was called to the home for a reported shooting around 6am Sunday. It turns out that 64-year-old David Posner was shot dead on the patio behind the house.

Deputies discovered that his granddaughter, 4-year-old Seraphine’s gums were adducted to Nathan Gingles, prompting him to issue a statewide amber alert. The child’s mother, Mary Gingles, 34, was found shot dead in a house across from Posner’s house.

Deputies also discovered that another man, Andrew Ferrin, 36, fatally shot the house. According to WTVJ, the family said Mary Gins was trying to get help when Ferrin was shot by answering the door.

Nathan Gingles’ vehicle was found at Walmart in North Lauderdale about an hour after the Amber Alert was issued, and he was taken into custody. The 4 year old felt safe.

Court records show that Nathan and Mary Gingles have gone through divorce. The divorce petition alleges that Mary and Seraphine were abused by Nathan Gingles.

According to the BCSO, officials searched Tamarak’s pond and found a firearm believed to be linked to the murder.
