Tampa, Fla. (WFLA) – When it comes to food, Florida is known for its heavy-hitting restaurant scene.
So it’s no surprise that Florida restaurants were on Yelp’s Top 100 US Restaurants 2025 list.

To determine the best restaurants in America, Yelp had data analysts look at the number of reviews and ratings the restaurant had. After establishing a list of preliminary candidates, the Yelp team narrowed the list down to 100 entries.
The top 10 restaurants on the list were:
Holbox, Los Angeles, Twist Giros, California, Hillsboro, Oregon de Babel, Scottsdale, Arizona Fonomanal, National Cities, Chelas Arepa Kitchen, California, Lancaster, Pennsylvania Wally Cafe, Rocklin, California Alloy Mark Thai Food, Seatton , Washington, Santa, Washington Clara, French Bakery & Bistro in Amy, California, Pompano Beach, Florida Kaya, Orlando, Florida
Amy’s French Bakery and Bistro, located at 1441 S. Dixie Highway West in Pompano Beach, is run by Laurent and Sylvia Demos. Popular items on the restaurant website include a bespoke omelette, a breakfast of French toast, and an egg and cheese sandwich with a French baguette or hoagie roll.
In Orlando, Kaya gives diners the opportunity to try “inspired Filipino cuisine” at its location on 618 N. Thornton Avenue. The restaurant team is led by chef and co-owner Lordfer Lalicon.
“Our family is a large part of our team and they are at the heart of everything we do,” the restaurant website says. “They are our first and lasting inspiration, our toughest critics, and our biggest cheerleaders. Without them, none of us can do anything.
However, Florida restaurants were not the only restaurants to create a top 100 list.
Fort Lauderdale Restaurant has been deleted twice, keeping it at No. 52 on the list. Located at 3301 NE 33rd St., the restaurant serves “elic American” cuisine, as it is influenced by cultures around the world.
Two deleted times, using double themes in multiple ways, including family-like vibes, two fries, scotch, etc., “very often distilled twice.”
Move to number 86 and you’ll find Wafaa n Mike Cafe, located at 1544 N. Main St. in Jacksonville! The family-run restaurant has been open since 2009, bringing Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavours to “river city.”
“Situated in the heart of Springfield, we offer a warm and engaging atmosphere that is perfect for enjoying the traditional flavors with friends and family,” says the restaurant’s website.
