A massive manhunt ended with the suspect’s death after exchanging a shootout with the SWAT team on Friday morning in northern Florida.
Four people were fatally shot and killed during a robbery at a gas station in Gadsden County. The Suwanee County vice-chairman was then shot dead and suffered a life-threatening injury.
Residents from the area where the suspect was last seen on foot were urged to evacuate and lock their doors early Friday.

2 Gas station, killed during armed robbery at Quincy, Florida
Posted on Facebook early Friday morning, the Gadsden County Sheriff’s Office found a double murder during an armed robbery at a mobile gas station at 3749 Pat Thomas Parkway in Quincy.
The sheriff’s office said four people were shot dead and two were injured.
