Brevard has acquired another new Publix supermarket.
The latest places are located in the Biera area in the northeast corner of Marel Road and Burgrand Lane. The construction will start next month.
The expected business day is mid -July 2026. Adjacent to a grocery store is Publix sake. Plaza has two other retail spaces called VIERA PROMENADE.
VIERA has no supermarket shortage
Brevard’s 27th Publix has some other grocery stores nearby.
Winn-Dixie is located at 0.5 miles away in the northwest corner of VIERA BLVD. And Murrell Road. A new hole food is built at the intersection of VIERA Boulevard and Star Rush Drive, about 0.5 miles away from the new Publix.
There are three Publix places within a few miles in the west, north and south.
