Jorge Serano Espinoza, a 20 -year -old clear water resident, was sentenced to 11 years and three months in prison for the role of brave armored truck robbery. The ruling, which was taken over by the US Judge Thomas P. Baber, was that after Espinoza’s guilty on September 11, 2024, Hobbes robbed and swung the firearm during crime.

robbery

On June 9, 2023, Espinoza performed a ploted planned robbery on the armored truck, along with James Battle and Carlos Keen Smith. The trio tracked the vehicle from Pinus County to Eastern Hills Boro County, and finally attacked with an Ereton gas station. The price record and monitoring video of the Ministry of Transportation of Florida have recorded the target. The gas station, battle, and Smith confronted the armored truck driver with a muzzle, and Espinosa acted as a lookout. The group has escaped from the vehicle with more than $ 150,000 or more.

Justice served

Espinosa’s ruling shows the final chapter of this criminal prosecution. His accomplice is already facing justice:

James Battle: Carlos Keanu Smith, who was declared 10 years in the Federal Prison: Nine years in prison.

Investigation and prosecutor

The case was a joint initiative between the Federal Investigation Bureau and the Maritime Office of the Manati County. Michael R. Kenneth, a member of the United States prosecutor, led the prosecutor, and US lawyer James A. Mune has processed the confiscation of the case.

Wider impact

This convicted decision is part of Project Safe Neighbor Ands (PSN), a nationwide initiative aimed at reducing violence and gun violence. In May 2021, this program, which was enhanced by the Ministry of Justice, implementing a strategic law execution to establish a community trast, support violence -prevention organizations, and establish a more secure area in the United States. I am focusing on.
