TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – A Florida man was arrested Friday for allegedly making threats against President Donald Trump.

According to the West Palm Beach Police Department, the FBI received a tip regarding social media posts by Shannon DePararo Atkins, 46.

“I got kicked out of Mr. X because I said I hoped and prayed someone would kill him,” Atkins wrote in a Facebook post, according to WPBPD. “History is bound to repeat itself. There hasn’t been an assassination in years.”

According to WPBPD, Atkins wrote in a post about President Trump’s inauguration: “Bullet please. Jesus please! Save America.”
