The United States Prosecutor Roger B. Handberg has announced that Matthew A. Inman (39 years old, Orlando) has arrested and filed a criminal complaint. In the case of being convicted, Inman could be sentenced to at least five years in federal prison and up to 20 years.

Inman was hired by tourist group Visit Orlando, but is now leaving the group. Visit Orlando said, “After knowing the charges, he began the procedure to release his employment immediately. The dismissal came into effect on January 21.”

Inman was also involved in two local political organizations, the Democratic Party of the Orange County and the Rainbow Democratic Party. The two organizations have accused him of his allegations on the Facebook page. Inman used to be the President of the Rainbow Democratic Party and the official of the Orange County Democratic Party.

In the case of a convicted decision, Inman could be sentenced to five to 20 years in prison.

According to the complaint, Inman received several videos of childhood abuse (CSAM) from August to October 2024 and saved it on a mobile phone. These videos depicted how adults would assault young children. In October 2024, Inman visited Las Vegas and started talking online with an infiltration investigator, pretending to be a 9 -year -old boy. In this conversation, Inman was interested in meeting a child who is a child and adding sexual assault. He also sent a CSAM video to an infiltrated investigator.

The FBI obtained an inman’s electronic device and a search for residence. In the execution of the search warrant, Inman tried to remove evidence from a mobile phone and hide in the attic of the house.

Criminal accusations are only a formal accusation that the defendant violated one or more violations of the Federal Criminal Code, and all defendants are assumed to be innocent unless they are guilty.

The case was investigated by the FBI. This was charged by the US prosecutor Richard Valadan.

The lawsuit was proposed as part of the National Ministry of Justice, a nationwide initiative, which was launched by the Ministry of Justice in May 2006, to fight the spread of child sexual exploitation and abuse. Project Safe Child Food is led by the U.S. Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Children’s Exploitation of the Criminal Division and the CEOS (CEOS), mobilizing the federal, states, and local resources to find out, arrested, and prosecuted children. We identify and rescue the victims. 。 For more information about Project Safe Childhood, see www.justice.gov/psc.
