Glassdoor.com is a website where current and former employees review companies anonymously. The latest surveys in a partner with Switch on Business analyzed employees from January 2023 to October 2024 for major technology companies such as Apple, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, and Meta.

According to their data, Florida is one of the highest location for Apple, Microsoft, and Meta employees.

He evaluated the scales of 1 to 5 that the Florida employees worked in the following companies.

Apple: 4.27 — It is the third highest evaluation as a state working in Apple.

Microsoft: 4.38 – The most powerful state for Microsoft.

META: 4.29 – The easiest state for META employees to work.

Big Tech has been strictly monitored by government officials and its platform users. The federal government has accused major technology companies that are too large. META users complained that social media sites were too much management management. Federal authorities claim that Tiktok is a threat to national security, but also claims that it is involved in speech.

However, the survey of Glass Door and Switch on Business shows that people who are employed by major technology companies are enjoying working in the company.

“According to employees’ evaluation, working at a major technology suggests that it is generally a good experience.”

However, the report also stated that employee reviews also suggest that it would benefit from more capable intermediate managers and senior managers who listened to the opinions of employees. 。
