TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A Florida woman who was found in possession of a bag labeled “definitely not a drug bag” was arrested after officers searched her.
Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey said that on Saturday, 10 days after he was released from jail on drug charges, deputies stopped the car in which Terin Acri was traveling.

Officers found multiple bags inside the vehicle, including one labeled “definitely not a drug-filled bag.” A search of the bag (and other belongings) turned up “methamphetamine, needles, Narcan, a digital scale, small baggies, cut straws, and other drug-related items,” Ivey said.
Acri was taken to the jail and is being held without bond.
“There’s a saying that says, ‘Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result,’ and let me tell you, keeping criminals out of prison with ridiculous restrictions is… “It’s pure insanity. They could break even more laws,” Ivey wrote.
“In law enforcement, we often say to ourselves, ‘We can’t make this up,’ and this is definitely one of those cases,” Ivey said.
