Four Seasons Resort Orlando: There are many ways to celebrate mom, including posh ones, at this five-star resort. Case in point: the property’s new “Spring In Bloom” Afternoon Tea, where guests can enjoy a delightful tea service complete with an array of savory and sweet delicacies, from traditional tea sandwiches to dessert masterpieces created by Executive Pastry Chef Rabii Saber. One glass of prosecco is also included alongside the tea. The menu includes petite bites of chicken cannoli with ricotta, Japanese tamago sando, pastrami Reuben salad, and more. Vegetarian options are available, as well, plus offerings for the little ones. Desserts include warm scones with vanilla whipped cream; pistachio choux, a lemon macaron and more. If mom prefers dinner, book a table at Ravello for wine-and-tomato-infused mussels, burrata and braised short rib with Barolo sauce, a few new items alongside mainstays such as Executive Chef Fabrizio Schenardi’s veal ravioli and other housemade pastas and pizzas. And up on the 17th floor, Capa, the Resort’s one Michelin star-rated steakhouse, is offering a prix-fixe brunch menu. Called “El Arte de Celebrar a Mama” or “The Art of Celebrating Mom,” it features an expansive Spanish-style menu and is available via reservation only from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., for $225 per adult and $65 per child.
At Plancha, Mother’s Day brunch goes from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. May 10.
