Here are the dates to watch: Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will begin this year at Magic Kingdom on August 7th, Walt Disney World has announced.
This is the earliest after-hours additional ticket sale to date. The 2025 edition began on August 16th. In 2026, 38 events will be held on select nights from August 7th to October 31st.
“Not So Scary” tickets go on sale to the general public on May 12th. Ticket prices vary by date, but Disney has not yet announced the price. (Guests staying at select Walt Disney World hotels can secure party night tickets for their stay as of May 5th.)
The official Disney Parks blog revealed some returning elements of the event, including Mickey’s Boo to You Halloween Parade, the “Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular” stage show, and Cadaver Dan, the park’s posthumous version of Dapper Dan. Character meetings, new products, themed refreshments, and spooky overlays of existing attractions were also touted, although details were sparse. Participants will once again be able to trick-or-treat at stations throughout the park.
A new event for 2026 is an “ever-changing dance party” hosted by Stitch and assisted by Lilo and Angel in Tomorrowland – think theme change.
