PORT STA FL (WFLA) — According to the Port St. Lucy Police Department, Michigan doctors are being handed over to Florida after undercover agents encouraged their mothers to sexually abuse their young daughter.
The undercover detective began talking to Dr. William J. Murdoch in June, posing for someone he believed was the mother of a five-year-old girl.

“Murdoch was pursuing a platonic relationship with his fictional mother to see if his five-year-old would allow him to have sexual relations,” PSLPD wrote in a news release.

Detectives describe the online exchange as “stomach distortion,” and state that Murdoch’s “dementia behavior” includes plans to “groom” the child and immediately change things sexually.
“During a digital forensic inspection of Murdoch’s iCloud and messaging account, he was telling a secret detective, where he found additional conversations that revealed his training as a medical professional would support other amazing dark web hunts,” PSLPD wrote. “This too is explicit too to share the whole thing, but it involves a conversation in which concepts, end abortions, intentional drug and alcohol use lead to birth defects.”
Murdoch was arrested in Michigan and accused of asking parents to agree to participate in sexual acts involving children. He is handed over to Florida to face charges.
