JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Five members of the Jacksonville-based drug lord have pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute large quantities of fentanyl and methamphetamine, federal prosecutors said.
Aaron Jarvis McGee, 39, of Sumterville, and Jacksonville resident Shikita Rachelle James, 38, Johnny Angelo Pack, 50, Natra Antonio Jones, 33, Bobby Warren Harvey Jr., 28, acknowledged the role of conspiracy in the multikilogram distribution. Each faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in federal prisons. McGhee, James, Pack and Harvey’s sentencing hearings are scheduled for December 11, 2025. No Jones’ judgment date has been set.
According to court records, the group operated between 2022 and 2023, purchasing fentanyl and methamphetamine from Mexican suppliers and transporting the drugs to Jacksonville through Houston, Texas. From prison, McGee used contraband to coordinate the shipment. Puck retrieved the Texas medicines and took them to Florida, where James stored and distributed them at street-level dealers. Jones and Harvey acted as courier companies, moving both drugs and cash revenues.
Investigators say the operation was heavily dependent on commercial flights between Jacksonville and Houston. In April 2023, DEA agents intercepted Jones and Harvey at Jacksonville International Airport, recovering more than $770,000 in cash and about five kilograms of fentanyl from checked baggage.
A few weeks later, in May 2023, the agents ran search warrants at two homes associated with James. Authorities reported seized nearly $853,000 in cash, more than 11 kilograms of fentanyl, 10 kilograms of methamphetamine, 1 kilogram of heroin and nine loaded firearms.

The lawsuit was investigated by the Drug Enforcement Bureau and the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. It is being charged by US lawyers Kilwin Mike and Aide Elizibeth Adams.
