Volsia County, Fla. (WFLA) – Borussia County deputies arrested a man Wednesday after saying they had caught him at 105 mph in a 45 mph zone.
The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office said 22-year-old Anthony Handam was driving on County Road 3 in Deleon Springs when it was recorded at 105 mph.
Video from the sheriff’s office showed Handam passing at high speed through the lieutenant’s unmarked vehicle.
“Why are you doing 105 mph?” the aide asked Handmum after he pulled him.

While Handam was in custody, the aide asked him if he had heard of Florida’s new Super Speedoter law.
“This is my first time hearing about this,” Handam said.
