TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – A Florida man attacked gold after purchasing a winning scratch-off game on Publix.
The Florida lottery announced Wednesday that 63-year-old Benjamin Chiuliza has won the $5 million top prize from the exclusive secret safe scratch game at Tallahassee’s lottery headquarters.
He went to $5 million after purchasing a victory ticket at Publix, located at 14375 Miramar Parkway in Miramar.
