MIAMI, Fla. (WFLA) – 23 years after her loss of failure, the family of missing 15-year-old Yansis Juarez ignites in the hope that images of a new age-old spark awareness and a step closer to come up with what happened on that fateful day.

Yansis last saw him leave his home in Miami on May 5, 2002. Two weeks later, her family received a letter in a mailbox that Yansis believed to have written “I don’t want to live in the house anymore.”
