COCOA BEACH, Fla. (WFLA) – Body camera video and 911 call have been released, showing teachers accused of holding an open house party attended by Florida principals and more than 100 minors, according to an arrest affidavit.
Former Roosevelt Elementary School principal Elizabeth Hill Brodigan and current third-grade Brevard County teacher Carly Anderson were arrested in January by the Cocoa Police Department.
Officers said more than 100 minors were in the “White Lie Party,” some involved in the drinking of minors, the affidavit said.
Some 911 calls revealed group chats that the kids were sending videos and fighting at the party.
“I’m in this group’s chat. “There’s something like the fight is going on. I just wanted to let you know because I know everyone drove there.”
According to the affidavit, the boy was seen filming a video with a firearm and pointing to someone recording the person, while the other two students punched the student with learning disabilities.
The arrest report said Hill Brodigan, who was down the street, had been called to the house to close the party, but hours later, officers returned to the house to confirm that everyone had left and found the 17-year-old trembling and vomiting on the grass.
The bodycam video shows the teenager on the grass, which shows the hill brodigan leaving the house and walking on the driveway. About 25 seconds later, she returned to the house, Wesi said.
Brevard County Fire Rescue checked out his teens before the officers took him to a police car.
Anderson then approaches the officer and asks why the teenager was placed in the car and the two were exchanging the words they exchanged.
Hill Brodigan has been suspended without pay, has been charged with negligence of children, contributes to the delinquency of minors and hosts open house parties.
Anderson is charged with disorderly conduct and disorderly addiction.
