Dolphin player Tyreek Hill and his wife were involved in a domestic conflict, police say

SUNNY ISLES BEACH, Fla. (AP) — Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill and his wife were involved in a domestic dispute in a high-rise apartment complex in South Florida, but police reports say no charges were filed.

According to the report, Sunny Isles Beach officials responded to their home on Monday after a call from Hill’s stepmother began living with the couple soon after being born in November.

Babe Ruth’s ex-St Pete home is for sale for around $2 million

Her mother-in-law told responding officers, 31-year-old Hill was aggressive and impulsive, and she was afraid of her daughter, according to the report. She says Hill threw his laptop on the floor and grabbed his baby before walking towards the balcony.

Hill’s agents did not immediately respond to phone messages seeking comment.

Hill’s wife told police that the two had recently discussed and were present in treatment for the couple. She said she hasn’t worked out and is in the process of filing for divorce.

Hill told the officer that he had just returned from training and sat down to tell his wife about treatment. The argument escalated after she told him she wasn’t involved enough with her daughter.

Hill and his wife both said the argument never got physical, but the officer reported a bruise on the woman’s upper chest. She replied that when he grabbed the baby from her it probably happened by accident.

Officers observed that the baby was healthy. Hill’s wife refused to write a statement. Hill left the house in front of the police about 40 minutes after they arrived.

In February 2024, social media influencer Sophie Hall filed a lawsuit alleging that Hill broke her right leg during a football drill at the teacher’s South Florida mansion.

In 2019, the Chiefs stopped the hill following allegations of physically abusing his son.

In 2015, he pleaded guilty to domestic assault and battery by strangulation after choking his then pregnant fiancee. He was on three years of probation.

In 2023, Hill was under investigation by Miami-Dade police after a man allegedly claimed that the recipient had attacked him after an oral argument. No fees were submitted.
