TAMALAK, Fla. (WFLA) – A man who survived a triple murder in February speaks after confronting a woman who said she lied about something related to one of the victims.

The February 16th shooting took place at North Plum Bay Parkway in Broward County.

Police told reporters that 43-year-old Nathan Gingles shot his estranged wife, Mary Gingles, father, David Ponser, and neighbor Andrew Ferrin.

According to NBC affiliate WTVJ, Ferrin’s uncle John David was also at home at the time of the shooting, but was asleep when it happened.

The Broward Sheriff’s Office said the murder occurred in front of his 4-year-old daughter.

David decided to speak out after spotting two women passing through the Jingles garage last Sunday.

Reporters said he said he approached the woman and told him to find out who she was.

David said the woman said she was Mary’s aunt, but it turned out to be the man’s aunt, the man accused of murder.

According to WTVJ, Mary and Nathan Gingles were in the midst of a turbulent divorce.

The Broward Sheriff’s office arrested Jingle and charged him with violating three counts of first-degree murder and violating the injunction and obstructing the custody of a minor.
