TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – “Return of Mac” singer Mark Morrison was arrested in Florida over the weekend.
According to an arrest report, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office was called to Lubervin on South Country Road, Palm Beach, about 6:45pm Saturday for interference.
The restaurant’s general manager told deputies he came to the “scream and curse” restaurant about the event that Mark Morrison had begun planning at the venue the day before.
The manager said Morrison had become “angered” and began pushing him.

Fabrizi Orillo, the restaurant’s nightlife manager, told deputies that Morrison pushed general manager twice. He said he separated Morrison and the manager and asked Morrison to leave the venue.
According to Riillo, the general manager did not touch or attack Morrison during the incident.
“The argument came from a Friday night incident, and Morrison took the singer to the restaurant and repeatedly told the singer’s crew to raise the music,” Riillo told Pam Beach Daily News.
The news outlet reported that the venue’s general manager told Morrison that he couldn’t tell the artist to raise the volume when the music gets too loud.
Lilo said Morrison was back at the restaurant “looking for a fight.”
Morrison was arrested for a simple battery charge. The singer was released early Sunday on a $1,000 bond.
