SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) – The manager of Florida Circle K was arrested Wednesday after saying he had taken a lottery book worth $36,000 and won a scratch ticket worth $1,000.
According to a complaint filed by the Florida Lottery Bureau, Candice Dinman filmed 30 lottery books from Circle K, which he managed at Fruitland Park from February to August 2023.
Circle K’s corporate office has notified the lottery about a bill of nearly $36,000, including a book that is short on $30.

According to the complaint, Dinman went to the lottery office in Alta Monte Springs and won the $1,000 award three days after the book was lost.
The criminal charges show that Dinman has granted the book to be deleted and has given him a warrant for arrest.
Seminole County Councilman said Dinman was arrested Wednesday on an aggressive warrant at John E. Polk Correctional Facility. She was charged with filing a false lottery claim.
