KISMIME, Fla. (WFLA) – The 44-year-old Dover man was wearing a shirt that he said “I’ll never argue” when he was arrested Sunday and charged with battery.
A friend traveling with a man identified as Daniel Murillo called the police and reported that he punched her in his face and that she broke the car window while still inside.
The pair were driving from Tampa when the car broke down and had to be towed to the Econo Lodge where they stayed for several days.
After the funds ran out, they began to stay in the car, trying to arrange another towing. Police reports show that frustration with the AAA has sparked debate among them.
The victim reported that Murillo responded by slapping her over the face and shocking her with eyes.
According to the report, Murillo punched the victim with a closed fist in his face and head, leaving multiple bumps and lacerations. Medical assistance was later provided by Osceola Fire Rescue.
Murillo left the vehicle while the victim was still inside and claimed that she came out later and threw urine at him from the car cup. Murillo responded and said he had smashed the windows of the vehicle.
Osceola County officials arrested Murillo and transported him to the county jail without further incident.
