TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Florida bills “geoengineering and weather correction activities” passed a Senate committee favorably on Tuesday.

At the Approximate Budget Committee on Agriculture, Environment and General Government Hearings, Sen. Ileana Garcia, sponsor of the bill, said the bill reflects concerns about the components of the “chemtrail,” indicating that the government or other entities are spreading anti-productive chemicals behind the water supply behind the water supply behind the airplane.

“Many of our senators are regularly concerned about these condensation trajectories. “There’s a lot of skepticism.”

Garcia said her bill would allow residents to contact the Florida Department of Environmental Protection to report “substantiated geo-engineering activities,” adding that additional staffing and resources are needed to investigate and respond to those claims.

Anyone who violates the law can be charged with a second misdemeanor and face a fine of up to $100,000.

The SB-56 prohibits attempts to implement weather correction activities awarded with conditions such as cloud seeds. Augustus Dolicco, the representative of the rainmaker, a cloud seed company that is not yet operated in Florida, explained that the work of using his technology to end the rarity of water is misunderstood, and that the bill would curb innovation.

“I testify that I do not oppose the spirit of the bill, and while I think this is well-founded, I think the current structure of this bill will hinder our mission to end water shortages.

Although there have been no requests for permission to implement weather correction activities in Florida over the past decade, Garcia has defended the need for the bill.

“There’s some type of activity going on,” Garcia said. Again, she pointed out concerns she had heard from her constituents.

After a short period of discussion, the bill was reported favorably by the committee.
