The winner will be decided this week.
With four games down and the second round of the Eastern Conference split 2-2, the Florida Panthers try to best the Toronto Maple Leafs in three best series.
The Panthers won games 3 and 4 at the sunrise after losing games 1 and 2 at Toronto.
The Stanley Cup champions, who are trying to take the first lead in the heated series, will try to lift their legs as they visit Game 5’s Scottia Bank Arena on Wednesday.
Whatever happened, we managed to eliminate one team in Game 6 at Sunrise on Friday.
Game 7 will play in Toronto on Sunday, if necessary.
Game on.
“I think we’re trying to play as fast and simple as possible,” forward Anton Landell said. “The final game has done better for us, but at the same time we know it’s going to be a tough fight to enter their arena. It’s going to be a new challenge for us, but we’re excited to face it.”

Home cooking
No matter what, the Panthers will drop the pack at sunrise this week.
Depending on what happens in Game 5, the Panthers will take part in Game 6 at Amerant Bank Arena on Friday.
Either way, it will be a massive game.
So far, the Panthers have been lit up in their barn against the Maple Leafs.
Protecting the house ice in games 3 and 4 made the Panthers a perfect 2-0.
After Brad Marchand’s heroic brought a 5-4 victory in overtime in Game 3, Sergei Bobrovsky was tall in Game 4, putting aside all 23 shots he faced in a 2-0 victory.
Showing out the depths, six different Panthers illuminated the lamps in those games.

spread it
Everyone is taking part in action against the Maple Leafs.
Heading towards Game 5 in Toronto, 16 different Panthers have registered at least one point, while a whopping 12 skaters have already recorded multiple points in four games.
Carter Verhaeghe leads the bill up ahead with team high five points (two goals, three assists), while Marchand ranks second with four points (two goals, four assists).
Aleksander Barkov and Sam Bennett recorded two goals and one assist, respectively.
“I think that’s what’s going on in the series, and that’s probably true for their team in a few ways,” coach Paul Maurice said. “You have a pretty good defensive structure, so most of the time, everyone is playing against their pay grade. There’s no defensive difference in style between our top line and the four lines. That applies to Toronto too.”
Lu will form a team
Is someone surprised?
Last week it was announced that Roberto Luongo had created a team for the NHL quarter.
He currently worked as a member of Florida management team in 2023-24 as a special advisor to Luongo, the first Barot Hall of Fame Hall of Fame.
Luongo, the first quarter NHL icon of the 21st century, ranks second in the NHL in both games (1,035) and victory (486) as the calendar officially reversed in 2000.
