Jensen Beach, Fla. (WFLA) – An uninvited pool crusher was found at his Martin County home on Saturday.

Deputies responded to the Pinecrest Lakes home regarding the relaxing of a 7-foot crocodile in the pool.

“It looks incredibly good, and today is the second time a gator has hit the sun in a residential pool in our area,” the Martin County Sheriff’s Office said in a Facebook post.

The agent said the Gator was safely taken away by a professional trapper and deputy.

“This unusual encounter is an important reminder. It’s mating season for alligators. During this time, they may become much more active and not travel often.

The gators were believed to have either climbed or found a way under the fence.

The Martin County Sheriff’s Office advised residents and pet owners to stay vigilant.
