Collier County, Fla. (WFLA) — Walker, a Florida dog, has been accused of stealing $106,000 from a gem from an 83-year-old neighbor.
The Collier County Sheriff’s Office said the 83-year-old woman hired her neighbor, Dana Seyfert, to walk her dog for a $50 per week.
On June 2, the 83-year-old woman discovered that she was missing two diamond rings and a diamond Bertolucci Watch and Cash. She called the sheriff’s office to report the missing gem.

Deputies said they discovered that Seifert had pawned two stolen items at a local store. Investigators recovered an 18-carat diamond ring and a Bertolucci watch. They said additional items were also pawned, including gold charm.
Authorities said other diamond rings worth $87,960 have not been recovered.
Seifert confessed to the officer that she had taken the jewels, but claimed that several items had been found outside the neighbor’s home, the arrest report showed.
She was charged with grand larceny from someone over the age of 65 and fraudulent pawnbrokers.
