Video of Tampa Dog Park Attack shown in court

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – Five teenagers accused of badly beating another teenager in a Tampa dog park were granted bail at a hearing Wednesday morning.

Judge Michelle Cisco allowed teens accused at dog parks in the Davis Islands to be released on bail and ensure that private GPS are always there.

Prosecutors suspend five teenagers against adults for “brutal” tampa dog park attack

The incident occurred on February 13th.

Several videos were featured at the hearing depicting the attack.

The video shows several teenage defendants, most of whom were students at Plant High School, who were victims until they were unconscious.

The battle appears to be the result of another battle that took place in Clearwater a few days before the Davis Islands Incident.

The teens are being charged as adults, four of whom are charged with first-degree murder.

One of the teenagers, Jacob Ealy, faces the most charges, including attempted murder. Ely was not in court over the weekend.

“Elly has been charged with attempted murder with a first-degree aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, throwing deadly missiles at vehicles both inside and outside, exacerbating the attack with a deadly weapon, and robbing assaults and battery transport robbery,” the judge said.

Ely’s lawyers challenged the claim.

“We will undoubtedly challenge a possible cause of count 1. I think the evidence that the state is referring to in their motion is unbearable from the evidence presented at the hearing,” the lawyer said.

Other teenagers accused of being involved are Owen Callahan, Joseph Gethor, Jace Villanueva and Grayson Shearer.

Orian Robertson, 18, is charged with felony battery and robbery.

On Saturday, one of the teenage lawyers tried to argue that his client was not in trouble before the case.

Meanwhile, prosecutors said the victim could have been killed during the attack.

“He did everything in his life the right way before this incident,” the lawyer said.

“They pulled him away from the car and the defendant asked the other defendants to clear the way, so they asked him to do the next act. “This would have absolutely caused a murder.”

The judge ordered the defendant to return to high school if he could do so, but he could not contact the victim or witness of the incident.

Cisco called the video horrible and said his family was sure it was horrible.

In a statement to the WFLA, Hillsboro County schools said the district could not comment on individual students, but in similar cases students faced discipline up to halt or expelled.
